2020-02-07 – HOA Board Meeting

Gary Purchase (secretary) and Lynn Gasch (treasurer) attending.

1. Regarding Lou resigning as president, we should have elections now. Lynn will ensure he is taken off the bank account. Gary will send email to announce meeting. At meeting we will ratify the budget and elect new pres. Check how much notice must be given for meeting.
2. We will go with the abbreviated work from the eastside bid and bump the budget a bit to backfill the weather contingency buffer.
3. Build $500 into the budget for future plowing and get agreement on when to use it. The fee would be replaced after use in the following year budget.
4. Reserve study – new president’s job.
5. Budget is approved by board.
