Hi neighbors!

We hope everyone is staying safe and comfortable in these strange times. 

As promised, I’m attaching the candidates’ memos that we received for your consideration for Chelsea Park HOA Board President. We have 2 candidates: 

• Tim Kafer 
• Jack Granahan 

A hard copy of this will be in your mailbox by the end of day tomorrow. 

Actions required:

• Please cast your vote by the “meeting” (April 14^th, 2020 8:30pm) to be counted 

As a reminder: we require a quorum for this vote and majority wins. Only one vote will be considered per household and in the case of multiple ballots we will only accept the latest one delivered by 8:30pm on the day of the meeting. Finally, votes can be sent to one of these four locations: 

• Electronically to (Gary Purchase, Secretary) 

• Electronically to (Lynn Gasch, Treasurer) 

• Mail or hand drop-off to Gary Purchase, Secretary

• Mail or hand drop-off to Lynn Gasch, Treasurer
