Chelsea Park HOA Board Secretary 

Hi neighbors!

We had a short, informal Skype call to announce the new HOA President. As a reminder we had 2 candidates: 

• Tim Kafer 
• Jack Granahan 

I want thank Tim and Jack for there candidacy and time to participate in this process. 

We had 13 votes submitted via email, which constitutes a quorum. The majority went to Jack Granahan – congratulations to Jack and welcome to the HOA board. 

I will take this opportunity to remind everyone that you can still participate in the HOA and community regardless of whether you’re a board member – anyone can submit agenda items or proposals.
