Multiple cars parked at lot. After being asked for details as to the occupancy of the property, the issue is now in the homeowner’s hands. The board are awaiting details of the occupants to decide if any HOA rules are being violated. It was noted that there were 1 or 2 fewer cars parked, and no further issues reported.

Drainage. It was noted that during the last rainfall, and since the drains were vacuumed, there was no significant buildup of storm water. Board determined that there was no immediate need to clean any of the drainage pipes and will continue with regular vacuuming yearly – potentially getting a quote for drain cleaning next time around.

Website. The board reviewed the new Chelsea Park HOA website and approved purchase of a domain name and formal hosting plan (at $12 per year for domain, and $48 per year for hosting).

Driveway sealing. Talked about the desire to re-seal our driveways in the summer and approaching contractors to get a bulk deal if other households are interested in participating.

Meetings. Discussed a potential BBQ and homeowners’ meeting next summer. Gary to follow-up with options / dates.

CC&Rs. Discussed the desire to add verbiage to our CC&Rs to control rentals in our community. Board will iterate on wording and ideas over email, with the desire to present a proposal to the homeowners for a vote at the summer meeting.
